I confess, I am the epitome of chaos in the organization and planning arena of life. I fly by the seat of my pants most days, and having to keep a schedule gives me hives. In my previous life, I actually owned a planner-needless to say, it didn’t get much use. I decided to unearth one of my planners and breathe new life into it using an array of Clearsnap Inks and NEW Wood Mount Stamps!
So, I didn’t completely follow the rules, but I had so much fun creating this “scrapbook feel” planner page! I began the base of the page with some fun stamping using our new “Cityscape” Wood Mount Stamp (one of my absolute FAVES)and a border stamp from Stephanie Barnard; I used ColorBox® Archival Dye Ink to do the stamping because I knew I wanted to add a hint of color to the background using water diluted Aladine Izink Ink.
I was even able to add another of our fun Wood Mount Stamps “School Bus-” stamped using ColorBox® Mini Fluid Chalk Ink in “Butter” (the perfect size for on the go planning btw).
I added a heat embossed snow flake on transparency behind the photo, added some random stamping, and finished off the page with some splatters using Izink Ink, and like that-this page is complete! Please step outside the lines with me and give your planner a little pizzazz! Thanks for stopping by!
