Hi! Hostess Tami here with a Thinking of You card in soft pastels, stamped using the NEW! ColorBox® Mini Molding Mats and ColorBox Cats Eye® Pigment Ink Queues®

ColorBox® Molding Mats are made from quality rubber and are deeply etched for great impressions. Use them with polymer clay, to emboss foil or stamp with them. The NEW! ColorBox® Mini Molding Mats are perfect for smaller projects or when you need the smaller scale of a 2″ X 2″ mat. To use any of the Molding Mats as stamps, just add a few lines of double sided tape to your acrylic block to mount it.

For instant color coordination, reach for ColorBox Cats Eye® Queues®. They come in lots of different color combinations so you are sure to find the perfect one for YOUR project.

For this card, the Rainbow Sherbet Queue was used…

4 different Mini Molding Mats created the inked background on white cardstock:

Patched: inked with Papaya Cream with touches of Daffodil was stamped 3 times along the top of the background piece.

Botanical: inked with Pistachio, was stamped 3 times under the tile pattern.

The strip that separates the 2 patterns was stamped with the Patio Mini Mat inked with Glacier Ice with touches of Pistachio.

The scalloped circle was inked with Daffodil and Whisper Grey using the Scribbles Mini Mat. The sentiment was stamped at the center with Glacier Ice.

All pieces were distressed with the main ink they were stamped with. When two inks were used to stamp, the second ink was applied using a ColorBox® Art Dauber.

Three small white flowers were inked with Papaya Cream and Daffodil and adhered at the lower left of the scalloped circle, which was adhered using 3D squares.

To finish card, add border strips along top and bottom, add pearls to flower centers and tack on twine bow.

About Tami Sanders

Ink, paper and glue are a few of my favorite things. I enjoy working with a variety of mediums, and don’t really have a set “style”; fresh, graphic or vintage, I like them all.  Likewise, I also find creating a variety of projects challenging. I design scrapbook pages, cards, mixed media projects, altered books, jewelry and more. I have taught scrapbooking and paper crafting classes locally as well as at regional and national conventions. Sharing the joy of inking and paper crafting feeds my creative soul. You can usually find me scouring estate sales and flea markets on the weekends hunting for unique tidbits and trinkets to use in my classes and for my projects. I'm excited to be rejoining the Clearsnap Design Team. I am fortunate to have worked with Clearsnap for over 10 years.
